CANCELLATION POLICY
A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. You will be charged for the entire amount (100%) of your appointment if you NO-SHOW your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a no-show. Cancellation and No-Show fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
